My experience
Though I am not obese but I was finding a way to lose some kg to be out of coverage of obesity chart. According to chart I need to lose 5 kg to be out of obesity. I started thinking about the energy I take all over day. With some deep thinking I realised that I am used to take poha with sweet tea daily in my breakfast. That may be more than 300 kcal.
What if I cut short my calorie? I thought that way because losing calorie with exercise was difficukt task for me due to my busy schedule. Hence with some research, I find oatmeal breakfast is the right choice. I oedered my wife to change recipe of breakfast and with both started oatmeal breakfast.
Within a span of two months, we both lose 3 kg. That was a wonder for us. With this experience, we motivate many other our friends and now with this article, I am trying to motivate you.
But this does not mean that you should not exercise daily. Friends, we exercise too but we have decided to make oatmeal for lifelong.
